Product Exchanges
7-Day Window: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for sizing or colour issues.
Process: Contact support within 7 days, receive approval, send back the original item with tags, and receive your replacement within 2-3 days.
Accepted: Size concerns, defects, wrong items, colour discrepancies, and preference changes.
Not Accepted: Worn items, washed garments, items with removed tags, and intimate wear.
